The Glacier National Park in Argentina is quite the sight. My wife and I recently traveled to the southern Argentinian town of El Calafate for three days. El Calafate is tiny tourist town which reminded us a Ski city in the Western United States. The city survives on the tourism of the Perito Merino Glacier which is a 1 1/12 ride outside the city.
